EGM Consulting, LLC (EGMC) is a Washington, DC-based social justice-focused organizational consulting group that provides highly skilled, individualized services to nonprofit organizations, community planning bodies, public agencies, and private philanthropy.
Established at the end of 2011, EGMC has a special commitment to improving access to HIV and other health-related services and reducing health disparities, and to advancing equality in access to resources and services for communities of color.
We address health equity through assisting planning bodies and community-based service providers and the state and local health departments and the federal agencies that fund these activities.
We assist local and national nonprofits – especially community of color and multicultural organizations and coalitions – on a wide range of issues, from structure and governance and planning to program and resource development.
We are known for our commitment to excellence and our skills in technical assistance, facilitation and training, and preparation of plain-language materials.
