Developing or updating a Human Resources Handbook can be a daunting task. To make the process easier, EGMC’s Emily Gantz McKay prepared a detailed “generic” HR Handbook that brings together sound policies and provides numerous Information Sources for federal and state laws and regulations. Including discussions with an HR specialist and a nonprofit executive, the May 2023 webinar was part of the Hispanic Federation’s Entre Familia series, “Developing or Updating Your HR Handbook: A Low-Trauma Approach.”
